Billing Concerns

Webreseller.Net has done what no other company has ever done before... We have a guarantee on our billing and services. If there is ever an error in your billing or you feel as though you have been billed erroneously for something let us know and it will be resolved within 48 hours or you will get a $10.00 credit to your account.

If you have requested a refund on a particular service and it was authorized we will guarantee your refund will be completed with 3 business days or you will receive a $50.00 Amazon gift card.

Canceling Your Account

We hate to see you leave, however, we know there are reasons why you must make this decision. If you have experienced a service problem please contact sales and they will do everything they can to rectify the situation. Many times you will be offered a free upgrade, up to 60 days free, or an account credit. If your company is experiencing financial issues we can work with you to help build your company and put you on a reduce rate plan. If none of the above is possible you may cancel your account by following this procedure:

  1. Fax your notice to 610-280-3510 and include your account number, last four digits of your credit card on file, and your server name.
  2. Fill out the online form at http://webreseller.net/cancel.htm
